Package Preparation: Put the product back into the original packaging to ensure the safety of the product during transportation.
Return the product: Send the product back to our designated return address at the address provided. Please keep the shipping receipt as a record of the return

Place a new order: After receiving the refund, you can choose to place a new order on the website to purchase the required style.

Wrong Item


If the item you received is not what you ordered (such as style, color, size, etc.), please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and replace it with the correct item.

Damaged Item


If the photo frame you received is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photos and relevant information of the damaged item. We will provide you with a refund or replacement service depending on the situation.
